Ingredients:
Colocasia leave stems
Hogplums – 3
Jaggery
Garlic
Red chilly
Coconut oil
Salt as per taste
– In a pressure cooker, add the stems and crushed hog plum and little jaggery and cook for upto 4 whistle. NO Adding WATER.
– In a kadai, add oil and once its hot, add crushed garlic and chilli.
-Next add the pressure cooked stem and salt as per taste and cook until the water is dried.
