Salt (नमक) – to taste

Whole wheat flour (आटा) – 1 cup
Semolina (सूजी) – 1 cup
Mustard oil (सरसों तेल) – to shallow fry
Green chilli, slit (हरि मिर्च) – 3-4 nos
