Ingredients:-
For Aloo Gawar Phali (Cluster Beans and Potato) Sabzi:
1. Gawar Phali (Cluster beans): 200 grams
2. Potato: 1 medium
3. Garlic cloves: 8-10
4. Onion: 2 medium (one for the masala paste, one for the tempering)
5. Salt: 1 teaspoon (for the masala paste)
6. Red chili powder: 2 teaspoons
7. Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
8. Coriander powder: 2 teaspoons
9. Mustard oil: 3 medium tablespoons
10. Cumin seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
11. Tomato: 1 medium
For Pyaz ka Raita (Onion Yogurt Dip):
1. Fresh curd (yogurt): 1.5 cups
2. Onion: 1 medium (chopped)
3. Roasted cumin powder: 1/2 teaspoon
4. Mint powder: 1/2 teaspoon
5. Black salt: 1/4 teaspoon
6. Plain salt: 1/4 teaspoon
7. Red chili powder: 1/4 teaspoon
