Ingredients सामग्री
11/2 tbsp oil 11/2 tbsp तेल
some spices थोड़े खड़े मसाले
2 bay leaf 2 तेजपत्ता
4 green cardamom 4 हरी इलायची
1/2 cinnamon 1/2 इंच दालचीनी
3-4 cloves 3-4 लवंग
4-5 black paper seeds 4-5 काली मिर्च
1 black cardamom 1 बड़ी इलायची
1/2 tsp black cumin seeds 1/2 tsp शाह जीरा
2 chopped onions 2 कटे हुए प्याज
1 cup chopped cauliflower 1 कटोरी कटा हुआ फूल गोभी
1 cup frozen green peace 1 कटोरी फ्रोजन मटर
1 cup chopped potato 1 कटोरी कटा हुआ आलू
2-3 chopped green chillies 2-3 कटे हुए हरी मिर्च
11/2 tsp ginger garlic paste 11/2 tsp लहसुन अदरक पेस्ट
1 chopped tomato 1 कटा हुआ टमाटर
1/2 bunch chopped fresh fenugreek 1/2 जुड़ी मेथी की सब्जी
salt to taste नमक स्वाद अनुसार
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1/2 tsp spicy red chilli powder 1/2 tsp तीखा लाल मिर्च पाउडर
2 tsp coriander powder 2 tsp धनिया पाउडर
1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp हल्दी पाउडर
some chopped fresh coriander थोड़ा हरा धनिया
21/2 cup soaked rice 21/ कटोरी भिगोए हुए चावल
41/4 cup water 41/4 कटोरी पानी
