1 kg small potatoes (35.3 oz)
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika powder
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Fresh parsley
For the mushroom goulash:
700 g brown mushrooms (24.7 oz)
2 large onions
3 cloves of garlic
1 red bell pepper
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mustard
2 tsp sweet paprika powder
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
½ tsp caraway seeds, optional
500 ml vegetable broth (2 cups plus 1 tbsp)
1 tsp maple syrup
2 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper
