📝 Ingredients:
• 250 gm Palak (Spinach)
• 1 Cup Hari Matar (Green Peas)
• 2 Medium Aloo (Boiled Potatoes)
• 2 Hari Mirch (Finely Chopped)
• 1 Inch Adrak (Grated)
• 1 Tsp Jeera Powder
• 1 Tsp Dhaniya Powder
• ½ Tsp Garam Masala
• 2 Tbsp Corn Flour
• 2 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
• Salt as per Taste
• Kaju for Garnishing
• Oil for Shallow Fry
👨🍳 Method:
1️⃣ Palak ko dhokar 2 minute garam pani mein blanch karein aur thanda karke paani nikal dein.
2️⃣ Hari matar ko halka sa boil karke palak ke saath mixer mein coarse paste bana lein.
3️⃣ Ek bowl mein ubale hue aloo mash karein.
4️⃣ Aloo mein palak-matar mixture, adrak, hari mirch, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala aur namak daal kar achhi tarah mix karein.
5️⃣ Corn flour aur bread crumbs mila kar soft dough jaisa mixture tayyar karein.
6️⃣ Mixture se chhote-chhote kabab bana lein aur upar kaju laga dein.
7️⃣ Tawa ya pan mein thoda tel garam karein.
8️⃣ Kabab ko medium flame par dono taraf se golden brown aur crispy hone tak fry karein.
9️⃣ Garma-garam Hara Bhara Kabab ko hari chutney aur pyaz ke saath serve karein.
