Welcome to Super Swaad!
I’m Riddhi, and this is my little corner of food, recipes and homemade flavours.
Here you’ll find GSB & Konkani recipes, traditional Indian recipes, everyday home cooking, sweets, baking and modern recipes — from familiar favorites to dishes worth discovering.
In today’s video, I’m sharing a simple homemade Sheera, which I made as the sweet for Chudi Pooja during Shravan.
Kesari suji has different names – godi rava, kesari suji, lapsi rava (basically made from wheat – gheu)
Ingredients
Godi Rava, finely ground – 35 g
Sugar – 30 g
Milk – 40 ml
Water – 40 ml
Ghee – 7–8 g
Cardamom – a tiny pinch, optional
I used Godi Rava, finely ground so that it has a texture similar to regular Rava.
