New Dampsberg. Cold, wet, damp, and yet its people thriving in genuine peace and bliss. Laughter and friendly faces surround the (Non-alive) SeaLife, fish guts, and corpses that litter the streets. Adrian Goldman was sent to the village via motorboat to investigate “drug dealing” operations, arrest the cartel members, and analyse the surroundings to create some kind of explanation. The town is a superstitious one at that.
