High protein veg Kabab recipe | कम खर्च में बनाएं स्वादिष्ट जूसी कबाब
Ingredients
• 50 g Soya Chunks (सोया चंक्स)
• 2-3 Green Chilies (हरी मिर्च)
• 8-10 Garlic Cloves (लहसुन की कलियां)
• 1 Medium Onion, finely chopped (मीडियम प्याज)
• 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves, chopped (हरा धनिया)
• 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder (गरम मसाला)
• 1 tsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
• ½ tsp Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
• Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
• 3 tbsp Roasted Gram Flour/Besan (भुना हुआ बेसन)
• Oil for frying (तलने के लिए तेल)
Method
Boil 50 g soya chunks for 1 minute and squeeze out excess water.
Grind green chilies, garlic and soya chunks coarsely.
Add onion, coriander leaves, spices, roasted besan and salt.
Mix well and shape into kababs.
Deep fry on medium flame until golden brown.
Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
