Green Vegetable Pulao | Easy One-Pot Green Rice Recipe | Pressure Cooker
Green Vegetable Pulao 🌿🍚 — a flavorful, aromatic and easy one-pot rice recipe made with fresh green vegetables and leafy greens.
In this recipe, I’m using spinach, methi, coriander, mint, green peas and beans, blended with ginger, garlic and green chillies to make a delicious green masala.
The rice is cooked easily in a pressure cooker, making this a perfect recipe for a quick and flavorful lunch or dinner.
🌿 Ingredients
2 cups rice
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
3–4 cloves
2 cardamom
1-inch cinnamon
Bay leaves
2 onions
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
5–6 garlic cloves
1-inch ginger
2–3 green chillies
Beans
Green peas
½ cup methi leaves
½ cup spinach
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
2½ cups water
