Ingredients
Tender Cashews – 100pcs
Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 strand
Hing Water – 2 tsp
Red chilli – 2 small
Grated coconut – 1 Big spoon
Oil – 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
1. Wash and peel the tender cashews. Boil them in a cooker, take 3-4 whistle.
2. Heat a pan, add oil, mustard seeds,red chilli, curry leaves. Hing water, grated coconut, stir them after adding.
3. Add boiled tender cashews with the water used during boiling.
4. Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes. Later open the lid, mix well.
5. Serve hot with poori, lunch or as a snack for breakfast. Yummy stir fry is ready!!
