Customers find this electric toothbrush superior to normal ones, with impressive battery life and effective cleaning capabilities. However, the reliability and value for money receive mixed feedback – while some find it reliable and worth the price, others report it stops working after a few months and consider it not worth the cost. Moreover, customers disagree on the bristle softness, with some finding them soft while others say they’re uncomfortably hard, and there are concerns about the vibration being too harsh on teeth.
