Sergio Gor, the US Ambassador to India and President Donald Trump’s Special Envoy for South and Central Asia, arrived in Leh today the second day of his two-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir. This visit is considered strategically significant, as the US is showing interest in gaining a closer understanding of India’s border regions and security challenges, sending a clear message to China.
