Ingredients –
chicken 1 kg
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp white pepper powder
2 tbsp roasted coriander powder
salt
1 cup curd
3 onions, brown
4 tbsp desi ghee
1 tsp garam masala
Kewra water
Make paste of –
6-7 green chillies
6-7 black pepper
15 almonds
2 tbs coconut
1/2 tsp nutmeg
5 cardamom
5 cloves
1 tbsp jeera
Small nutmeg
For extra crispy tadka –
1 tbsp desh ghee
Raw badam 30 gm

3 medium size onions, thinly slices
3 tomatoes
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp oil+2 tbsp desi ghee
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp dhania powder
6-7 cloves+4 green cardamon, 1 black cardamon, 1/2 tsp black pepper whole
6-7 dry red chillies
1/2 cup dahi
Salt
Green chillies
Ginger juiliens
Fresh coriander
1 tbsp coriander seeds+1/2 cup saunf – coarsely grinder
