Makhana – 2 cup ( rosted)
hari matar – 1 cup
dalchini – 1 tukra
green cardamom -3
black cardamom – 1
long- 5 kali mirch – 10
tejpatta – 3
tomatoes – 3 Big size
green chilli – 3-5
adrak (Ginger) – 2 inch tukra
onion – 1 big size
kaju – 10-15

dahi – 1/2 cup
red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
coriander powder – 1 1/2 tsp
jeera powder – 1 tsp
Kashmiri Lal mirch powder 1 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp

butter 🧈
cooking oil
salt to taste
fresh koreander for garnishing
