आजची रेसिपी आहे बॅचलर्स व्हेज ग्रिल्ड सँडविच. नावाप्रमाणेच ही खास बॅचलर्ससाठीची रेसिपी आहे. हॉस्टेलमध्ये राहणारे विद्यार्थी, एकटे राहणारे लोक किंवा घरापासून दूर असलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी ही एक उत्तम आणि सोपी रेसिपी आहे.
सँडविच हा सर्वांचाच आवडता पदार्थ आहे. या रेसिपीमध्ये आपण चीजचा वापर करणार आहोत आणि हे सँडविच तव्यावर तयार करणार आहोत. यासाठी तुम्हाला ओव्हनची गरज नाही. तव्यावर बनवूनही हे सँडविच अतिशय छान, कुरकुरीत आणि चीजी तयार होते.
लहान मुलांनाही हे सँडविच नक्कीच आवडेल. बनवायला झटपट आणि सोपे असूनही त्याची चव अप्रतिम लागते. हे लोकप्रिय स्ट्रीट-स्टाईल सँडविच दिसायलाही आकर्षक आणि खायला अगदी यम्मी लागते.

Ingredients:
• Small piece of Ginger
• 1 Garlic clove
• 3~4 Green chilies
• Coriander leaves
• Mint leaves
• 1 tbsp roasted Chana dal
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 Lemon juice
• 3 Ice cubes
• 1 tsp Cumin powder
• 1/4 tsp Chat masala
• 1/4 tsp Rock salt
• 1/4 tsp black Pepper powder
• Boiled, peeled and sliced Potato
• Sliced Onion
• Sliced Cucumber
• Sliced Tomato
• Sandwich Bread
• Butter
• Cheese

Method:
• Blend ginger, garlic, green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, roasted chana dal, salt and lemon
juice together into as fine paste as possible without using water in mixer. Dry sandwich chutney is
ready.
• You can store this in deep freezer. For making sandwich chutney, mix it wit water and sandwich
chutney is ready.
• Add ice cubes and blend it into chutney. Sandwich chutney is ready.
• Mix cumin powder, chat masala, black salt and black pepper powder well together in a bowl and
secret masala is ready.
• Spread butter on a bread and then sandwich chutney on that.
• Spread potato slices on it and sprinkle secret masala on it.
• Spread sliced onion on it and again sprinkle secret masala.
• Place another bread slice on it and spread butter and then sandwich chutney this bread.
• Add a layer of tomato and sprinkle secret masala.
• Place a layer of cucumber and capsicum and sprinkle secret masala on it.
• Add a layer of cheese.
• Spread butter and sandwich chutney on a bread slice and close the sandwich up. Press it well.
• Heat up grill pan on medium heat and spread butter on it.
• You can use regular skillet in place of grill pan.
• You can use oil or ghee in place of butter for roasting sandwich.
• Place the sandwich on the butter in the grill pan and press it a little.
• Roast the sandwich well from lower side and spread butter on upper side.
• When lower side is roasted well, slip the sandwich over and roast well from other side too.
• When the sandwich is roasted well from both sides, take it off on a wire rack. Veg grilled sandwich
is ready.
