बिना मैदे के Healthy मोमोज घर पर बनाएं | Aate ke Momos Recipe आज मैं आपके साथ share कर रही हूं एक ऐसी Momos Recipe जो बच्चों के लिए completely safe है — बिना मैदा, बिना Ajinomoto, बिना बाहर वाले chemicals के। पूरे गेहूं के आटे से बने ये मोमोज taste में मार्केट से कम नहीं, लेकिन घर के प्यार और सेहत से बने हैं।

📌 INGREDIENTS:
📌 आटे के लिए | For Dough:
– गेहूं का आटा (Whole Wheat Flour) — 1 कप (1 cup)
– नमक (Salt) — स्वादानुसार (to taste)
– पानी (Water) — आवश्यकतानुसार (as needed)
📌 सब्जी की फिलिंग के लिए | For Vegetable Filling:
– पत्तागोभी (Cabbage) — ¾ कप, बारीक कटी (¾ cup, finely chopped)
– गाजर (Carrot) — ½ कप (½ cup)
– शिमला मिर्च (Capsicum) — ¼ कप (¼ cup)
– प्याज (Onion) — 1 मध्यम, बारीक कटा (1 medium, finely chopped)
– लहसुन (Garlic) — 4–5 कलियां (4–5 cloves)
– हरी मिर्च (Green Chilli) — 1–2 (1–2)
– हरा धनिया (Fresh Coriander) — 2 tbsp
– सोया सॉस (Soy Sauce) — ½ tsp
– चिली सॉस (Chilli Sauce) — 1 tsp
– काली मिर्च (Black Pepper) — ½ tsp, कुटी हुई
– नमक (Salt) — स्वादानुसार
– अरारोट / कॉर्नफ्लोर (Arrowroot / Cornflour) — 1 tsp
– तेल (Oil) — 1 tsp
📌 चटनी के लिए | For Chutney:
– टमाटर (Tomatoes) — 2–3
– सूखी लाल मिर्च (Dry Red Chilli) — 4
– लाल मिर्च ताजी (Fresh Red Chilli) — 1 (optional)
– नमक (Salt) — स्वादानुसार
– कॉर्नफ्लोर (Cornflour) — 1 tsp
– नींबू रस (Lemon Juice) — 1 tsp
– लहसुन (Garlic) — 3–4 कलियां (for tadka)
– तेल (Oil) — 1 tsp
