Why Mi Screen Protect: This Mi Screen protection plan provides coverage which includes screen replacement due to any kind of accidental breakage or damage on the handset.
This plan Coverage begins when the Customer purchase the Plan for his Mobile Phone (“Device”) and ends on completion of one year from the date of purchase of the Plan (“Plan Term”). This warranty is applicable only on new XiaoMi product purchased at Amazon. Service charge of Rs.413/- inc. taxes is the admin fee collected by the ASC directly.
The screen protection plan coverage is valid up-to 2 claims during the plan period. The plan will auto-activate within 15 days of the device purchase date. No cooling period is applicable & claim will be eligible from the date of device purchase.
Minimal documentation is required from the customer during a claim, a one time Minimum deductible needs to be paid by the customer to XiaoMi Authorised Service Centre directly. Customers can cancel the policy maximum within 7 working days from the date of purchase.
How to raise a claim: Schedule a service at your convenience from your Amazon account itself by navigating to Your Orders section in your Amazon account > go to the product order > click on Get Product Support > schedule an appointment. We use genuine spare parts & repairs carried out through Mi Authorized service centres.
