Plucked by hand between May and June, after the green flies have been cooperating feeding upon the leaves, giving its unique grape like flavour and coppery shade.

Once sipped you will find that it has lots of character, muscatel and slightly sweet like honey but with a balancing acidity that leaves a floral, refreshing grape like sensation that dances on your tongue.
Steep the Perfect Cup of Darjeeling Second Flush Tea: Place tea leaves in a cup, tea infuser or strainer and pour hot water over the leaves. Steep for 3-5 minutes. Best enjoyed plain without adding milk or sugar.
