For Cold Therapy: Freeze for at least few hours in a freezer bag of your choice. Set aside until it reaches a temperature your skin can tolerate. Adjust around the eyes as required for best fit. Apply for no more than 20 minutes at a time, with 20 minutes intervals between applications. For Heat Therapy: Place the ice pad for eyes mask in the microwave for maximum 20 seconds and test the temperature with your finger before using it over the eyes. If more heat is required, heat in 10 seconds increments with equal standing time. Set aside until it reaches a temperature your skin can tolerate. Adjust around the eyes as required for best fit.
