Ingredients:
2 medium sized onions chopped very finely
3-4 red byadgi chillies
1-2 red spicy chillies
One lemon sized tamarind ball
3-4 spoons coconut oil
Recipe
Soak tamarind in little water for a few minutes. and extract the thick pulp , remove in a bowl.
Chop the onions finely. Keep aside.
Roast both spicy and byadgi red chillies in little oil. Later crush the crispy chillies very nicely with hands, then put in the tamarind pulp…. now to this add the finely chopped onions .Crush the onion also in this mixture lightly with hands. Mix well .Add sufficient salt. Add little water if necessary. Pour coconut oil and mix nicely.
