प्राचीन काल के एक भयानक रहस्य की गाथा! यह कहानी है ‘नीलावंती ग्रंथ’ की, एक ऐसी शापित किताब जिसमें प्रकृति और आत्माओं से बात करने की गुप्त विद्याएं छिपी हैं। यह विद्याएं इंसान को असीम शक्ति दे सकती हैं, लेकिन इसका एक ख़ौफ़नाक श्राप है: जो इसे पूरा पढ़ेगा, उसे मौत मिलेगी; जो अधूरा छोड़ेगा, वह पागलपन की खाई में डूब जाएगा।
मुंशी भगवान दास की बेटी, नीलावंती, जन्म से ही ख़ास थी—वह जानवरों की भाषा समझती थी। लेकिन उसकी माँ की रहस्यमई मृत्यु और एक भयानक काला साया (पिशाच) उसे सताने लगता है। बदले की आग में नीलावंती अपनी यक्षिणी शक्तियों को जागृत करने के लिए साधना शुरू करती है।
उसके जीवन में रघुनाथ नामक एक व्यापारी आता है, जो उसका पति बनकर उसे ‘नीलावंती ग्रंथ’ लिखने के लिए प्रेरित करता है। क्या रघुनाथ सच में उसका प्रेमी है, या वह उस पिशाच की एक चाल है जिसने नीलावंती की माँ को मारा?
विश्वासघात, प्रेम और असीम शक्ति की भूख से जन्मी, यह कहानी बताती है कि नीलावंती ने अपने ही ग्रंथ को क्यों शापित किया और क्यों जो कोई भी लालच से इस किताब को पढ़ने की हिम्मत करेगा, उसका अंत मौत या पागलपन होगा।

While it promises infinite power, it carries a chilling curse: complete the book and face death; leave it unfinished and sink into the abyss of madness.
Nilavanti, the daughter of a poor Ayurvedic doctor, was special from birth—she possessed the ability to understand the language of animals. However, a mysterious Dark Shade (Pishaach/Demon) begins tormenting her following the suspicious death of her mother. Driven by a thirst for revenge, Nilavanti begins a dark meditation to awaken her latent Yaskshini powers.
A merchant named Raghunath enters her life, marries her, and convinces her to record her vast, forbidden knowledge into the final book. Is Raghunath truly her protector, or is he a pawn of the ancient Pishaach who murdered her mother?
Born from betrayal, love, and the hunger for infinite power, this tale reveals why Nilavanti cursed her own creation, ensuring that anyone who dares to read the ‘Nilavanti Granth’ with impure intentions will meet an inevitable end.
