Ingredients
Any Fish (curry cut) – 4-5 medium
Coconut – 1 cup grated
Onion – 1 medium
Red dry chillies – 10-12 bedgi
Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
Black paper – 10-15
Tamarind – 1/3 cup
Kokum – 2-3 petals
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Coconut Oil – 3-4 tbsp
( Serves 4-5 persons )
Spice mix 1 (Vatan)- Grind Soaked red Chillies and Coriander seeds to fine paste
Spice mix 2 (Vatan)- Grind half Onion, coconut and black paper to fine paste
