हरियाणा की फरीदाबाद पुलिस ने जम्मू-कश्मीर की पुलिस टीम के साथ आतंकी डॉक्टरों के नेटवर्क का भंडाफोड़ करते हुए बारूद का जखीरा है, जो किसी बड़ी आतंकवादी घटना को अंजाम देने की फिराक में थे. ज्वाइंट ऑपरेशन में अनंतनाग के डॉक्टर आदिल अहमद और पुलवामा के मुजम्मिल शकील को गिरफ्तार किया गया है.
शकील ने ही फरीदाबाद में एक किराये का कमरा लिया था और वहां 360 किलोमीटर से ज्यादा बारूद (अमोनियम नाइट्रेट) के साथ टाइमर, रायफल जैसा सामान जुटाकर रखा था. मुजम्मिल की पूरी टेरर कुंडली भी सामने आई है. डॉ. मुजम्मिल अलफलाह यूनिवर्सिटी में सीनियर डॉक्टर है और यूनिवर्सिटी के कैंपस में ही यह रहता था.
