Neelibhringadi kerataila (coconut oil) is a classic recipe from Sahasrayoga, Tailaprakarana. It a very cooling recipe consisting of Neeli (Indigofera tinctoria), Bhringaraja (Eclipta alba) and Amla (Embilica officinalis), fortified with the nourishing properties of four kinds of milk – goat, buffalo, cow and coconut milk.
