बिहार के आरा के शाहपुर का भरत तिवारी एनकाउंटर केस ने पूरे देश को झकझोर कर रख दिया है. एक तरफ लोग इसे पुलिस का अत्याचार बता रहे हैं तो दूसरी तरफ सरकार इस मामले में ताबड़तोड़ एक्शन ले रही है. न्यायिक जांच के आदेश के बाद कई पुलिस अधिकारियों पर इस मामले को लेकर गाज गिरी है. इस मामले में अब पुलिस महकमे पर ही FIR दर्ज कर दी गई है और मृतक के परिजन इंसाफ की मांग कर रहे हैं.
