* Turmeric Powder – 1/2 TSP
* Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 TSP
* Coriander Powder – 1 TSP
* Garam Masala – 1/2 TSP
* Salt – 3/4 TSP
* Oil for frying
For Kofta Curry:
* Onion – 4 small size
* Garlic – 12 to 15
* Ginger – 1 inch
* Green Chilli – 2
* Tomato – 1 medium size
* Oil – 4 tbsp
* Cumin Seeds – 1/2 TSP
* Bay Leaf – 2
* Dry Red Chilli – 2
* Cinnamon – 1 inch
* Black Cardamom – 1
* Green Cardamom – 2
* Clove – 2
* Turmeric Powder – 1/2 TSP
* Red Chilli Powder – 1 TSP
* Coriander Powder – 1 TSP
* Cumin Powder – 1 TSP
* Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 TSP
* Water – 2.5 cup
* Salt as per taste
* Garam Masala – 1/2 TSP
* Chopped Coriander Leaves
