Craving a delicious Thai meal at home? In this video, I’ll show you how to make a rich, creamy, and flavorful Veg Thai Green Curry using fresh vegetables, homemade green curry paste, and coconut milk.
Ingredients – Veg Thai Green Curry
2 tbsp oil
3-4 tbspThai green curry paste
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup broccoli florets
½ cup bell peppers (red, yellow & green), sliced
½ cup zucchini, sliced (optional)
100 grams tofu
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
4–5 Thai basil leaves (or regular basil, optional)
1 tsp lemon juice
Fresh coriander or basil leaves for garnish
For Thai green paste :-
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Lemon grass
Green chillies 3-4
Garlic 7-8
Ginger 2 small pieces
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Onion 1 medium
Black peppercorns ½ tsp
Lemon zest 1 tsp
Water 3 tbsp
