Ingredients List
Cauliflower (Gobi ka phool) – 1 medium size
Onion (Pyaz) – 1 finely chopped
Tomato (Tamatar) – 1 chopped
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Green Chillies – 2
Turmeric Powder (Haldi) – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder (Dhania) – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – 1 tsp
Oil – 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Fresh Coriander leaves for garnishing
Step-by-Step Instructions
1) Clean and cut the cauliflower into medium-sized florets.
2) Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
3) Add onions and sauté until translucent, then add ginger-garlic paste.
4) Mix in the tomatoes and all dry spices, cooking until oil separates.
5) Add the cauliflower florets, mix well, cover, and cook on low flame until tender.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with roti or rice!
