Soya Malai Kabab | With & Without Gravy | High Protein Veg Recipe @happykitchenbydeblina

Ingredients
For the Soya Malai Kababs
2 cup soya chunks
4 tbsp fresh cream
4 tbsp hung curd
190 gm grated paneer
cornflour as needed
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp garam masala
chopped coriander leaves
Salt and sugar as per taste
Oil & butter for shallow frying
For the Malai Gravy
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
2 large onions, chopped
7 -8 cashews
1-inch ginger
10 garlic cloves
2 green chillies
few pieces of paneer
little milk
2 tbsp hung curd
1 tsp white pepper powder (or black pepper)
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp garam masala
crushed kasuri methi
Salt and sugar as per taste
warm water as needed
