Roshan Anand, currently imprisoned in connection with the high-profile coaching controversy involving Patna-based Faisal Khan, has arrived in Saharsa to attend his brother’s last rites after being granted bail by the court. Upon his arrival, he directly targeted Faisal Khan, stating, “My brother was murdered; this is a major conspiracy. Faisal Khan and cold storage owner RS Prasad are responsible for my brother’s murder.”
