Today’s menu is a Parippu curry (lentil curry) and cabbage and green peas mezhkkupuratti
Ingredients
Parippu curry
½ cup moong dal
½ tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
1 tbsp coconut oil
Curry leaves
Grind to paste
½ cup grated coconut
2 garlic flakes
3 green chilli
½ tsp cumin seeds
Cabbage & Green Peas Mezhukkupuratti
2 cups finely chopped cabbage
½ cup green peas
½ cup finely chopped onions
½ tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
2 tbsp coconut oil
Finely chopped coriander leaves
