I recently took a quick flight down to Mangaluru to attend the wedding of a dear friend’s daughter. While the occasion was all about celebration and friendship, the culinary experience was, as always, a major highlight! ✈️🥘
The star of the trip was undoubtedly the GSB wedding lunch. There is something deeply nostalgic and soul-satisfying about sitting at a long table with friends, facing a banana leaf laden with authentic GSB delicacies. 🍛✨
Beyond the wedding, I managed to squeeze in a stop for a soft Thatte Idli at Rameshwaram Café and ended the trip on a high note at BUCO Coffee with a brilliant twist—Filter Coffee with Salted Caramel. Join me for this personal journey through Mangaluru’s hospitality and some truly memorable bites! ☕️🧂
