Detailed Recipe
Ingredients:
Ladies finger – 250gm
Corinader seeds – 1 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1/4 tbsp
Ramnad chillies – 6
Byadgi chillies – 3
Grated coconut – 1cup
Tamarind – chickpea sized
Tomato – small one
Oil – 4 tbsp
Salt per taste
– In a frying pan, add oil and roast coriander and fenugreek until browm.
– In a mixer jar, add chillies, coconut and tamarind. Grind into a fine masala.
– Next add roasted spices to the masala and grind again.
– Transfer the masala to a vessel and add Ladies fingers.
– Add aalt per taste and a small tomato chopped.
– Cook in simmer for 5mins or until ladies fingers are cooked.
– Add oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds and curry leaves.
– Add this tampering to the curry and close the lid.
Bende sagle is ready to be served.
