मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार के खिलाफ विरोध प्रदर्शन का सिलसिला जारी है. आज आईसा के कार्यकर्ताओं ने बिहार की राजधानी पटना में जमकर बवाल काटा. AISA और RYA के कार्यकर्ता राजभवन मार्च करने के लिए सड़कों पर उतरे थे. इस दौरान पुलिस ने भी सुरक्षा के चाक चौबंद प्रबंध कर रखे थे. पटना के गांधी मैदान से लेकर डाक बंगला चौराहा तक भारी तादाद में पुलिस के जवान तौनात थे. AISA और RYA के युवा और छात्र नेताओं के प्रदर्शन के दौरान पुलिस ने उनकों रोकने का प्रयास किया. युवा मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार के इस्तीफे की मांग कर रहे थे. साथ ही SIR प्रक्रिया वापस लेने और बिहार-बंगाल के चुनाव रद्द करने की मांग भी कर रहे थे.

Activists from AISA and RYA took to the streets to march towards the Raj Bhavan. Meanwhile, the police had put elaborate security arrangements in place; a large number of police personnel were deployed along the route from Gandhi Maidan to Dak Bungalow Crossing. The police attempted to stop the youth and student leaders from AISA and RYA during the protest. The protesters were demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, as well as the withdrawal of the SIR process and the cancellation of the elections in Bihar and Bengal.
