Ingredients:
Radish 200 gram aprox
Coconut oil ( any vegetable oil ) 1 ½ tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 ½ tsp
Fenugreek seeds ½ tsp
Cumin seeds ¾ tsp
Curry Leaves 2 springs
Red Chillie 3 to 4 whole
Shallot 15 to 20 nos
Garlic 5 to 6 pods
Turmeric Powder ¾ tsp
Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp
Asafoetida Powder ¾ tsp
Tomato 3 medium chopped small

Tamarind juice ½ cup
Jaggery 1 to 1 ½ tsp
Toor Dal 1 to 1 ½ cup ( After Cooking )
Coriander Leaves 1 Big Fist
