Ingredients:
Curd ¾ liter
Garlic clove 8 nos large
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Kahmiri Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
Regular Red Chillies 3 to 4 or Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
For Tadka / Thalippu / Varavu
Coconut oil 2 ½ tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 ½ tsp
Cumin seeds ½ to ¾ th tsp
Curry Leaves 2 springs
Onion medium 1 finely chopped
Asafoetida powder ¾ th tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
