Here’s recipe for **Soya Lollipops**:

### Ingredients:
– 200-250 Gms soya chunks
– Bread
– 2 medium-sized potato, boiled and mashed
– Sweet Corn – 100 Gms
– 1 Cup Yogurt
– 1 Big onion, finely chopped
– 15-20 green chili, finely chopped
– 15-16 Garlic
– 1 Small Ginger
– 5-6 Cloves
– 2-3 Green Cardamom
– 1-2 Big Cardamom

– Salt to taste
– Corn Floor – 1 Table spoon
– 2 Table spoon of Rise Floor
– 10-15 Black pepper
– 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
– 2 tbsp cornflour
– Oil for frying
– Wooden skewers or lollipop sticks

### Instructions:
1. **Prepare Soya Chunks**: Soak the soya chunks in hot water for about 10-15 minutes until they soften. Drain and squeeze out excess water.

2. **Mix Ingredients**: In a mixing bowl, combine the soya chunks, chopped onion, green chili, ginger, garlic , garam Green Cardamom, Big Cardamom, Sweet Corn, Coriander, Black pepper, and coriander leaves. Grind them coarsely in a food processor well. Then add mashed potato, Rise floor & Cron floor in Mix. Add Salt as per taste. If needed you can add more rise floor. When it mixes properly, Leave it for 5-10 minutes.

3. **Preparation for Dip**: Put Corn floor, Salt, Chaat Masala, Chilli Flakes, Oregano, Kasoori Methi in Curd and Mix properly.

4. **Shape the Lollipops**: Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into small balls. Insert a wooden skewer or lollipop stick into each ball.
5. **Fry the Lollipops**: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the soya lollipops until they are golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

6. **Serve**: Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
